Our first attempt was interesting to say the very least! Ended up with a cup and not a fish as per the lesson. We have plenty of clay left. My daughter wanted to immediately get started today when the KlayKit arrived. We will probably do more tomorrow and paint too. She was a bit cranky today, so she wanted to make her own creation rather than follow the instructions, but she liked the presentation on the sea creations! The clay calmed her down too.
We tried out the habitat topic, Under the Sea with KlayKit. My son followed through the video presentation pretty well. It was his first time playing with clay, so had to guide him quite a bit. He remembered what was said in the presentation, which was great! He created a puffer fish.
